In one story, a fearless woman deliberately draws the enemy toward herself to give her sister a chance to escape; in the other, a relentless fighter refuses to surrender, battling to the very end with such determination that even her enemies cannot help but admire her courage. More than simply showing their final blooms, these longer sequences explore what happens before and after those defining moments—adding motivation, sacrifice, reaction, and consequence so the heroines feel more like complete characters and their stories carry greater emotional weight.
